Important Information:

ALL UNITS MUST BE IN COSTUME OR UNIFORM

Band/Drum Corps: Must have a minimum of 30 participants

Floats: Please attach a written description of the float and a sketch or photo

Marching/Walking Units: Must have a minimum of 30 participants

Motorized Units*: This includes any emergency vehicles, customized or novelty vehicles, antiques, motorcycles, cars

Mounted Units*: There is a four (4) horse minimum and all Equestrian Units must bring their own clean-up crew

*For all Motorized or Mounted Units, please provide an insurance certificate that names the Junior Orange Bowl as certificate holder.

NOTE: To apply for the All-Star Band, you must complete the All-Star Band Application form.

• No items may be thrown into the crowds from any unit or float
• No one will be allowed in grandstand area without purchase of ticket(s).
• If on parade day your unit does not show up with the required amount of people (for marching or walking units), or if you arrive at staging late, the Junior Orange Bowl reserves the right to deny participation in the parade.

Waivers and Guidelines Certification

EACH PERSON IN YOUR UNIT PARTICIPATING IN THE PARADE MUST FILL OUT A MANDATORY WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, the participant’s parent or guardian must sign as well. Online waiver will be available on the Parade Page by September 10th.
